I have nearly twenty years of experience in psychology, am an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), a certified yoga instructor, and a certified Life Coach.
I bring the philosophy of yoga to my work, broadening my approach to mental health. This includes work stemming from the 8 limbs of yoga that teach loving kindness, honesty, contentment, self-awareness and much more.
